As a Strategy & Partnerships Associate, you will work on high-impact, open-ended initiatives that shape customer narratives, partnership strategy, and long-term direction. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys ambiguity, research-driven problem solving, and turning ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on customers, partners, competitors, industries, and market trends to uncover actionable insights
• Synthesize complex information into clear strategic narratives, presentations, briefs, and point-of-view documents
• Support customer and partner engagements through preparation, strategic inputs, and structured follow-ups
• Work on unstructured, evolving problem statements and bring clarity through logical analysis and first-principles thinking
• Take initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to shaping partnership strategies, solution positioning, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and business objectives
