The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Strategy Consultant to join our Consulting team. This role sits at the core of our client engagements, supporting end-to-end strategy delivery while working closely with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable impact for our European Clients.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Project Delivery
Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights
Translate data into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives
Develop executive-ready presentations and reports for steering committees and leadership updates
2. Client Engagement & Communication
Interact directly with client stakeholders across functions
Prepare and lead selected workstreams or modules within larger engagements
Manage meeting logistics, document key decisions, and ensure clear follow-through
Communicate insights concisely and confidently to senior audiences
3. Business Development
Contribute to proposal development, market research, and opportunity sizing
Support pitch preparation and client presentations
Participate in knowledge development and internal capability building initiatives
What We’re Looking For Core Capabilities
Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear executive narratives
High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Experience
4–7 years of experience in strategy consulting and management consulting
Demonstrated exposure to client-facing engagements and cross-functional project teams
Education
Master’s degree or MBA in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
Degree from a top-tier university
