We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Consultant with at least 3+ years of experience in strategy development, problem-solving, and business transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing complex business challenges, designing innovative strategies, and delivering actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to define strategic priorities, design operating models, and enable execution across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop actionable business strategies focused on growth, market entry, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Use frameworks, models, and structured problem-solving approaches to provide fact-based recommendations.
• Strategy Development & Implementation
• Support the design and rollout of corporate, business unit, or functional strategies.
• Assist clients in developing operating models, governance frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
• Translate strategic insights into execution roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
• Client Engagement & Advisory
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and co-create solutions.
• Present findings, strategies, and recommendations through impactful presentations, reports, and workshops.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership teams to ensure buy-in and long-term collaboration.
• Project Management
• Manage workstreams and small project teams to deliver engagements on time and within scope.
• Apply project management methodologies to structure deliverables, track progress, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality standards and attention to detail in all consulting outputs.
• Business Development & Knowledge Building
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership in the strategy domain.
• Support internal knowledge development by documenting best practices, case studies, and strategic frameworks.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in strategy, digital transformation, and business innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Strong expertise in business strategy, market analysis, and operating model design.
• Proficiency in structured problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience with top-tier consulting firms or in-house corporate strategy teams.
• Exposure to digital transformation, innovation strategy, or global business services (GBS/GCC) strategy.
