Structured Finance & Loan/Lending Operations Associate

Associate level role within Warehouse Team supporting Structured Finance and Loan Operations activities. The function works closely with Sales & Trading, Revenue Desks, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Controllers & Technology.

Mode: 5 days from office (Transportation will be provided)

The team manages the full lifecycle of warehouse and structured finance loans, including:

• Loan commitments

• Trade booking

• Trade settlement

• Funding activities

• Scheduled payments

• Paydowns

• Borrowing base administration

• Concentration limit monitoring

• Ongoing portfolio servicing

Key Responsibilities

Support Residential Mortgage Trading, Commercial Real Estate, Structured Finance, and Loan Trading businesses

Managed processing of Borrowings, Repayments, Rollovers, Conversions and commitment reductions

Book and settle loan trades

Review and resolve operational exceptions

Investigate and resolve transactional issues

Communicate daily across Agent Banks, Borrowers, Lenders & Internal stakeholders

Maintain operational controls and risk management standards.

Candidate Profile

Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 4-5 years of financial services experience including Loan Operations/Lending Operations

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Cash and wire reconciliation experience.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Warehouse Lending experience.

Commercial Lending experience.

Structured Finance experience.

Loan Operations experience.

Accounting knowledge.

Asset Servicing and Settlement experience.
