Role & Responsibilities:
Excellent communicator with superior
people skills, comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Contact potential students to inform them
about relevant programs, explaining program features and benefits.
Create and implement a structured plan to
achieve admission goals.
Take ownership of work accuracy and
maintain quick turnaround times.
Counsel and advise students, converting
queries into final admissions.
Follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
Maintain weekly/monthly reports and
process-related matrices to track student conversions.
Requirements:
Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Associate's
degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).
Past Experience/Skills Required:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the
social service or education sector.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong time management skills.
