Subject Matter Expert

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trade360 Solution Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the successful delivery of Trade360 implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the functional and technical authority for the Trade360 platform, driving end -to -end solution design, stakeholder collaboration, release management, and production readiness. This role requires strong expertise in trade finance processes, system integrations, data transformation, and cross -functional leadership to ensure successful project execution from initiation through post -production support.

Key Responsibilities

Trade360 Solution Leadership

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Trade360 platform across multiple implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
  
• Provide end -to -end solution leadership by defining application architecture, functional design, system interfaces, and integration approaches.
  
• Offer authoritative guidance on Trade360 capabilities, configuration, data flows, and best practices to project teams and business stakeholders.
  
• Ensure solution designs align with business requirements, regulatory standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
  

Solution Design & Integration

• Lead solution design workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Define, review, and validate system interfaces, integration specifications, and data transformation rules.
  
• Ensure seamless integration between Trade360 and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
  
• Facilitate data conversion and migration activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SWIFT and internal governance requirements.
  

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate cross -functional teams including Business, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Network, Infrastructure, Vendors, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and action items while maintaining delivery timelines and budget objectives.
  
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Drive effective communication across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and timely decision -making.
  

Release & Change Management

• Lead end -to -end release planning and change management activities across the project lifecycle.
  
• Validate implementation scope, perform impact assessments, and coordinate deployment planning.
  
• Manage stakeholder communications before, during, and after production releases.
  
• Oversee production deployment activities and coordinate post -release validation and stabilization.
  
• Drive continuous improvement of release management processes and implementation practices.
  

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Review and support QA strategies, test plans, and end -to -end business test scenarios.
  
• Validate test coverage, test data preparation, and functional readiness for production deployment.
  
• Facilitate business demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), test result reviews, and release readiness sessions.
  
• Ensure defects and issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved within agreed timelines.
  

Production Readiness & Support

• Oversee pre -implementation readiness activities, including administrative configurations, environment preparation, production implementation verification (PIV), and deployment checklists.
  
• Lead post -production issue management through structured incident and problem management processes.
  
• Coordinate root cause analysis, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication until successful closure.
  
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness are completed for production support teams.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting the Trade360 platform.
  
• Strong understanding of trade finance operations, banking workflows, and financial messaging standards.
  
• Experience leading end -to -end solution design, system integration, and enterprise application implementations.
  
• Strong knowledge of data migration, data transformation, and interface design.
  
• Experience managing cross -functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  
• Proven expertise in release management, change management, and production deployments.
  
• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.
  
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within banking, trade finance, or financial services organizations.
  
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards, payment processing, and trade finance products.
  
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, middleware technologies, and API -based integrations.
  
• Experience with production support, incident management, and ITIL best practices.
  
• Exposure to project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
