Job Description - Supervisor - Civil

Read and correlate schematic working drawings with the GA drawing.
Read and understand the schedule provided for the completion of shuttering work.
Carry out calculations for the required quantity of relevant material from the schematic working drawing of formwork.
Check and ensure the quality of plywood and timbers before use, and that all tools are available for the shutter making & assembling process.
Ensure that appropriate procedure is followed while erecting formwork and while installing necessary supports, braces, penetrations, embedded parts, etc., and also ensure safe storage and stacking of formwork components.
Getting the erected formwork finally checked and approved by the superior or the engineer in charge.
Record the daily productivity report with planned v/s achievement.
Ensure proper fixings of sleeves and embedded parts are undisturbed.
Safety rules and regulations for handling and storing required formwork tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements

Hands -on experience with all components and fixings of shuttering

Hands -on experience with all stages of construction

Good knowledge of MIVAN/Aluform shuttering
