Position Summary:

Collibra Developer: (Supervisor, Data Operations & Management)

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with strong expertise in Data Governance, Collibra platform implementation, workflow development using BPMN and Collibra Designer, data cataloging, Metadata ingestion, and technical development in Java, Python, and Groovy. The candidate should have hands-on experience supporting enterprise data governance programs, onboarding data sources into Collibra, developing and maintaining governance workflows, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud environments is required. This role combines metadata management, workflow automation, and platform support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviewing open metadata onboarding requests


• Supervising the team’s delivery status and blockers


• Designing or modifying Collibra workflow in Designer


• Troubleshooting a failed ingestion job or source mapping issue


• Coordinating with cloud/platform teams for AWS/GCP metadata access


• Meeting with data stewards to improve glossary and catalog ownership


• Writing or reviewing Java/Python/Groovy scripts for automation


• Validating BPMN process updates before deployment


• Reporting platform health, onboarding progress, and governance metrics
