Supervisor, Member Compensation Accounting

ROLE AT A GLANCE: 

Candidate shall take care of supervising the MCA activities.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: 

• Review the periodic earnings payouts processed by following the accounting and payment process sequence
• Validate and approve the payments
• Review the reconciliation of all the concerned GLs in payouts
• Review and ensure that Bank reconciliations are accurate.
• Coordinate for sharing information to management.
• Support in various compliance requirements.
• Periodic book closure activities with accruals and provisions.
• Additional duties as assigned.

TEAM DYNAMICS:  

• Self motivated, easily approachable and team builder

LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Shall manage a team of 2-4 team members

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: 

Education

• CA Inter/ Cost accountancy/ M.Com in Financials specialization

Experience

• 3 years

Skills/Certifications

• Team management
• Accounting & Reconciliations
• Should have managed 2-4 team members
• Should have experience in accounting, reconciliation and month end activity
• Should have the understanding of how the P2P and OTC processes work.
