Supervisor, OTC - India

ROLE AT A GLANCE: 

Major functions would be – Review of daily collection reconciliations, review of accounting, preparation of various accruals as per the accounting policies, Balance Sheet Reconciliations. 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: 

• Preparation & Review of the daily collection reconciliations
• Preparation & Review of journal accounting for collections and reclasses
• Review of month end closure activities.
• Review of accruals for the expenses, as per the accounting policies
• Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Follow-up on the open reconciliation items.
• Any other duties as appropriate or assigned

TEAM DYNAMICS:  

• Ensure timely accounting of the revenue
• Managing accruals/ provisions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage team of 5 to 10 FTE 
• Ability to Interact with team members 
• Motivating and Guiding teams on day-to-day activity 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: 

Skills: 

• Accounting, Internal Controls 
• Microsoft Excel Advanced
• Preparation of MIS
• To be a team player
• Strong client orientation.
• Attention to details.

Experience: 

• Hands on experience on Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Ability to consistently perform and process financial information. 
• Ability to solve practical and critical problems.
• Ability to distribute the workload among the team.
• Strong customer and results orientation

Experience: 

• 5-8 Years 

Education: 

• MBA/ M.Com/ CA Inter 

Language: 

• Advance English 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• MBA/ M. Com with 5- 8 years of relevant experience
• CA Inter with 5   years of relevant experience
