Supervisor, Strategic Sourcing Services

Duties

Lead multi-category indirect sourcing across Corporate Services, Professional Services, A&M, IT Services/Hardware/Software, and Capital & Infrastructure, aligning priorities with business stakeholders across markets.

Deliver value through category strategy, strategic sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management across a diversified portfolio.

• Run end-to-end RFx events; analyze TCO/should-cost; negotiate commercial and legal terms with suppliers across varied categories.


• Establish SRM and governance mechanisms; manage QBRs, KPIs and continuous improvement with strategic suppliers.


• Develop stakeholder engagement plans; influence and align leaders on sourcing strategies and change management.


• Drive compliance with sourcing policies, ESG goals and supplier diversity initiatives.


• Leverage e-sourcing, spend analytics and contract management tools to improve speed, transparency and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIPS/CPSM or similar certifications.


• Experience leading cross-border sourcing and complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Indirect Strategic Sourcing experience across multiple categories with proven results.


• Bachelor’s Degree (BE or equivalent) required; MBA preferred.


• Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills with executive stakeholder management.
