| Roles and Responsibilities : | • Supervise end -to -end corporate travel bookings (Air, Hotel, Ground Transport, etc.) for Middle East operations. • Ensure compliance with travel policies, SLAs, and quality standards. • Manage complex itineraries, VIP travelers, and last -minute travel requests. • Act as the escalation point for travel -related issues. • Lead and mentor a team of travel coordinators. • Conduct quality audits, performance reviews, and training sessions. • Manage supplier and vendor relationships. • Monitor travel costs, savings, and policy compliance. • Prepare operational and KPI reports. • Handle traveler emergencies and duty -of -care requirements. • Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs. |
