Department Overview
The McDonald’s Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for the compliance of our related policies as well as our end-to-end vendor management system. We are McDonald’s
customer-obsessed, single point of contact for contingent workforce needs across staff augmentation, case management, audit and compliance, invoice management, vendor onboarding, and Beeline VMS support. As a GWS Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle while ensuring operational accuracy, compliance discipline, and a strong user experience through Beeline and related processes.
The ability to translate business needs into clear process actions is critical in this role, along with maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the Beeline support ecosystem. The pace can be fast, and this role requires someone who is detail-oriented, service-focused, compliance-minded, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Duties
- Support end-to-end contingent workforce management activities in Beeline, including staff augmentation requests, worker lifecycle transactions, onboarding, extensions, offboarding, invoicing workflows, and related case management activities.
- Manage day-to-day Beeline VMS administration and operational support for GWS, including request intake, case tracking, data accuracy, role assignments, supplier/user support, workflow updates, and coordination of issue resolution.
- Partner with hiring managers, suppliers, AP, HR, Finance, Procurement, and internal technology teams to resolve contingent workforce cases, invoice exceptions, onboarding issues, compliance questions, and Beeline process escalations.
- Serve as our internal VMS subject matter expert with an advanced understanding of its current functionality and potential areas of improvement.
- Develops test scripts and conducts user acceptance testing for Beeline break/fixes or enhancements.
- Support audit and compliance activities for the contingent workforce program, including validation of required documentation, policy adherence, worker status accuracy, vendor compliance, and timely remediation of identified gaps.
- Execute vendor onboarding and new vendor setup activities in Beeline, partnering with suppliers, AP, Procurement, and internal stakeholders to support accurate vendor profiles, EFT/payment setup, and readiness for contingent workforce transactions.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years’ experience in contingent workforce management, staff augmentation operations, vendor management, case management, invoice processing, or Beeline VMS support within a corporate program, MSP, or similar workforce environment.
- Strong problem-solving and operational troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze Beeline issues, manage case escalations, coordinate fixes with suppliers or internal stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of requests.
- Experience supporting Beeline workflows and integrations across HR, Finance, Procurement, identity management, invoicing, and contractor lifecycle processes.
- Strong understanding of the contingent workforce lifecycle, including intake, requisition support, onboarding, time and expense, invoice management, extensions, offboarding, compliance monitoring, and supplier coordination.
- Experience with user acceptance testing and how to manage/prioritize multiple enhancement requests at varied stages of completion.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
- Ability to create and foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Able to operate successfully in a team environment and work through priorities with a positive, flexible attitude
- Act as a Beeline and contingent workforce operations SME, supporting enhancements, troubleshooting, audit readiness, invoice issue resolution, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to improve program efficiency and compliance.
Technical Qualifications
- Serve as a Beeline VMS and contingent workforce process subject matter expert, with strong understanding of current functionality, lifecycle workflows, case resolution practices, reporting needs, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develops test scripts and conducts user acceptance testing for Beeline break/fixes or enhancements.
- Contingent workforce lifecycle support in Beeline
- Case management, troubleshooting, and operational issue resolution
- Audit, compliance, invoice management, and vendor onboarding support
- UAT Experience: UAT Process validation, test scripts, and site refreshes
- Prior experience with Beeline VMS operations, implementation, or process stabilization is preferred.
