## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n\"Supplier Developmentof Aero parts with various suppliers as per Eaton standard requirements, APQP, PPAP completion and excute the flaw less launch. \nSupplier improvement and maintain the supplier performance. \" \n\n\"1. Follow up, evaluate and work on the approval of PPAP from external and internal suppliers from all Aerospace sites \n2\\. Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective closures. \n3\\. Analyzes Supplier Issues, use of statistical and analytical tools for Supplier Improvement. \n4\\. Implement measures to improve CAR/CAPA, Process efficiency and engage Team to achieve Goals for on time closures \n5\\. Trouble shoot flawless closures in coordination with global stake holders. \n6 Assist in data analysis and business growth for various supplier Quality process \n7\\. Anticipate customer requirements and provide customer centric solutions. \n8\\. Work as a co- coordinator between suppliers and internal functions/plants (Engineering, Plants, Operations, etc.) to clarify requirements, eliminate confusion, and improve closure lead time and accuracy. \n9.Understand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on adhoc requests. \n10.Monitor and communicate supplier performance of all key suppliers. \n11\\. Support and lead process transitions through on time and accurate documentation, \n12\\. Lead projects in team and act as SPOC for multiple sites and customers. \n13\\. Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective closures - Change managements and corelation issues \n14\\. Ensure strong engagement with all affected site Quality,SQE, SDE, SCM,CM and Engineering team. \n15\\. Encourage \u0026 implement Continuous Improvement culture within team \u0026 at supplier end.\" \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBE in (Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical/ Industrial Engineering \n\"1.Minimum 6~10 years of experience in, Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and Supplier Development and Quality \n2\\. Experience in working with global customers \u0026 suppliers.\"\n\n## Skills:\n\n1.Knowledge of problem solving tools,APQP, PPAP, Core Tools ,GD\u0026T and AIAG. \n2\\. Working knowledge of statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R\u0026R and capability analysis, Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Precision machining/Casting /Forging /Molding is preferred as per sequence.\" \n3\\. \"Effective Communication ,Influencing skills- Customers and Suppliers.Interpersonal skills, \n4\\.
