Supplier Specialist

* Develop and execute supplier management strategies to enhance performance, cost, and quality.\n * Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.\n * Monitor supplier performance through defined KPIs and ensure adherence to delivery, quality, and service expectations.\n * Conduct periodic supplier reviews, assessments, and audits.\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Quality, Operations, Finance) to align supplier performance with business needs.\n * Identify areas for improvement and drive supplier corrective actions.\n * Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and risk-mitigation processes.\n * Act as the escalation point for supplier-related issues or disputes.\n * Ensure full compliance with SLB policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.\n * Support sourcing strategies, new supplier evaluations, and innovation initiatives.\n * Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships.\n\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.\n * 3\u20135 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations.\n * Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication capabilities.\n * Experience in contract management and supplier performance evaluation.\n * Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.\n * Proficiency with procurement tools and data analytics.\n * Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.\n * Strong problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.\n\n\n
