Supply Chain Executive

• Source and procure electronic, mechanical, and manufacturing components required for product development and production.
  
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
  
• Request quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
  
• Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  

• Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to understand material requirements and procurement timelines.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical components are available to avoid production delays.
  
• Track shipments and proactively resolve supply -related issues.
  
• Maintain procurement schedules and supplier performance records.
  

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, delivery challans, and supplier contracts.
  
• Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
  
• Ensure proper documentation for procurement, logistics, and vendor transactions.
  
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supply chain metrics.
  

• Identify opportunities for cost savings through vendor negotiations and alternative sourcing strategies.
  
• Analyze procurement trends and recommend process improvements.
  
• Support efforts to improve procurement efficiency, lead times, and inventory management practices.
  

• Work closely with Engineering teams to source alternative components when required.
  
• Coordinate with Finance for vendor payments and procurement budgeting.
  
• Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Vendor Management.
  
• Experience in Electronics, Robotics, UAVs, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related industries is preferred.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
  
• Ability to negotiate pricing and commercial terms effectively.
  
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.
  
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, or inventory management tools is preferred.
  
• Experience working with vendor databases and procurement tracking systems is an advantage.
  

• Highly detail -oriented and process -driven.
  
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement activities simultaneously.
  
• Self -motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast -paced startup environment.
