Flora Food Group is looking for an experienced SC Regional FP&A Lead – AMEA to drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across our end-to-end Supply Chain operations.

This is a high-impact regional role where you'll partner with Supply Chain and Finance leaders across AMEA and Global teams to deliver financial insights that improve operational performance, optimize costs, and support sustainable business growth.

Role Summary

As the SC Regional FP&A Lead – AMEA, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the regional Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for driving financial governance, cost transparency, and actionable analytics across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and productivity initiatives. By partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify value creation opportunities, challenge inefficiencies, and enable data-driven decisions that strengthen operational and financial performance across the AMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional Supply Chain Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning activities, ensuring accurate cost projections across Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics.


• Drive financial performance through detailed variance analysis, performance dashboards, and deep-dive reviews covering conversion costs, material variances, productivity, and supply chain efficiency.


• Develop financial models, reporting tools, and analytical solutions using SAP, Power BI, predictive analytics, and advanced Excel to improve business insights and decision-making.


• Partner with regional and global Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and Corporate FP&A teams to support strategic planning, productivity programs, and cost transformation initiatives.


• Drive automation, process improvements, financial governance, and continuous cost optimization across the end-to-end Supply Chain.

So, What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role?

• Strong Supply Chain Finance Expertise – Extensive experience in FP&A, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain Finance, with deep knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, standard costing, BOMs, material variances, inventory valuation, productivity tracking, and capital expenditure.


• Relevant Industry Experience – Proven experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or other high-volume manufacturing environments, supporting end-to-end Supply Chain operations.


• Advanced Analytics & Systems Knowledge – Strong financial modelling, scenario planning, and operational analytics skills with hands-on experience in SAP, Power BI, predictive analytics, and advanced Excel.


• Business Partnering & Leadership – Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, challenge constructively, and translate complex operational data into actionable business insights.


• Continuous Improvement Mindset – Demonstrated ability to drive financial governance, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives.
