We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations with a strong emphasis on last-mile delivery, logistics efficiency, and operational scalability. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic professional who can drive process excellence while building agile supply chain networks that support rapid business growth and exceptional customer experiences.

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain. Working closely with operations, sales, technology, finance, and vendor partners, you will develop scalable supply chain strategies, improve service levels, optimize costs, and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance operational performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone passionate about transforming supply chain operations through innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Lead procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Design and optimize last-mile delivery networks to improve delivery speed, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Build scalable supply chain processes that support business expansion across multiple regions.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service levels and operational reliability.
• Establish strong relationships with logistics partners, vendors, distributors, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics, analyze operational performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement digital tools, automation, and analytics that enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure effective demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment strategies, and order fulfillment processes.
• Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity across the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving operations, finance, customer experience, and business teams to improve end-to-end execution.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing supply chain and logistics teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Leadership, with significant exposure to last-mile delivery.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling high-performance supply chain networks in fast-growing organizations.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and distribution management.
• Deep understanding of last-mile logistics, route optimization, fleet management, and fulfillment operations.
• Experience driving cost optimization, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to improve supply chain performance and customer service.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and supply chain analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align supply chain strategies with organizational objectives.
• Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable leading large-scale operational transformations in dynamic, high-growth environments.
