Job Description - Supply Chain Management / Procurement Executive

Job Summary

We
are looking for a proactive and detail -oriented Supply Chain
Management / Procurement Executive with a technical background and
at least one year of hands -on experience in procurement or supply
chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing
vendor coordination, procurement planning, purchase execution,
inventory tracking, and logistics coordination to ensure timely
availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and
quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end -to -end procurement including vendor sourcing, RFQ processing, negotiation, and purchase order creation.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities.
Maintain procurement records, vendor data, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and delivery timelines.
Track logistics, resolve supply issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare basic MIS reports and support audits when required.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
Good negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
