Supply Growth Analyst

About the Opportunity
- PubScale helps mobile publishers monetise and grow through its Offerwall, AdX and user acquisition products. As a Supply Growth Analyst, you will drive the growth of onboarded publisher accounts and contribute to their revenue scale-up. The role is built on ownership and data-led decision making.

Role & Responsibilities
- Account ownership: Manage the growth of onboarded publisher accounts and take ownership of scaling their revenue.
- Revenue growth: Drive sustained growth in revenue from your accounts through thoughtful analysis, consistent follow-through and timely action. We value both the results you achieve and the quality of the approach behind them.
- Performance analysis: Review key metrics such as ARPU, retention, offer completion rates and eCPM across geographies and operating systems. Use dashboards and internal tools regularly to identify trends and anomalies.
- Proactive optimisation: Identify growth opportunities and act on them before the publisher raises a concern. These include geography expansion, offer mix changes and placement improvements.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with the product, engineering and demand teams to resolve technical issues, confirm timelines and share clear updates with publishers.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1–2 years of experience in growth, account management, business analytics, ad-tech, performance marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical ability, with comfort working with data in spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Ability to present data as clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership and work independently.

Preferred
- Understanding of ad-tech or mobile app metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, eCPM and ARPU.
- Experience with Offerwall, rewarded user acquisition or mobile gaming platforms.
- Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Singular.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Amplitude or Hex.
- Experience in growing a portfolio of accounts in a measurable way.

Working Hours: 2 pm - 11 pm
