Support Analyst

Support Analyst - Working knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL with Oracle / PostGreSQL database, Job Schedulers Sharp debugging and good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for
- Providing L1/L2 support - Debug the application, check configuration, provide workarounds, Perform Root cause analysis
- Respond to tickets promptly - Communicate with stake holders
- Monitor Job Run and SLA meetup

Key Skills

Java, SQL, Job Scheduling and monitoring

Desirable Skills

AWS, Weblogic / WildFly Application servers and Deployment

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

-2+ years of hands on work experience in L1/L2 Production support
- Hands On knowledge in Java / SQL / Unix
Display sound analytical, problem solving, presentation and inter-personal skills to handle various critical situations

Shift Requirements:
Must be flexible to work in Morning, General, and European shifts. Night shift support may be required on a need-basis depending on operational requirements.
