Your Role

The Support Team Lead oversees a shift of 6–10 Email Coordinators, ensuring the team has the resources and guidance necessary to achieve performance targets. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations along with other Team Leads which includes scheduling, quality review and deep-dive metric analysis. The Support Team Lead is a results-driven mentor who leads by example, embodies our core values, and fosters a high-performance culture through strong internal relationships.

Roles and responsibilities

• Drive the performance and professional development of 6–10 direct reports through consistent coaching and mentorship


• Manage daily operations and workforce planning, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation across the shift


• Facilitate hiring processes


• Help with volume coverage as needed

Management responsibilities

• Support Email Coordinators Management 


• Team Operations

Education, experience and certifications

• 1+ years of experience with the internet or software as a service (SaaS) industry. Post-sales experience preferred (customer service, support, etc.), or:


• 6 months of experience and high performance within Hudl


• Operational experience with the ability to leverage data to communicate team performance and customer insights.


• Experience in all major business software applications (Salesforce Service Cloud, Outlook, Excel)


• Experience in People Operations, including hiring, managing, and other related tasks.


• Experience working with BPOs preferred. 


• Expertise with our competitive/elite product suite is preferred.
