SUPPORT TEST SPECIALIST - VOIS

Act as the application SME to validate reported incidents and route them to appropriate support teams. Perform verification and validation activities for quick fixes, ensuring timely and accurate incident response. Conduct incident validation, rapid regression testing for hotfixes, and collaborate with support teams. Build strong application and business knowledge to support operational excellence. Work closely with development teams during refinement sessions and UAT. Design and implement automation frameworks aligned with project structures. Create, enhance, debug, and execute test cases. Organise and monitor defect management processes, handle changes, and conduct regression tests. Ensure version control and configuration management of all test objects and environments. Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate. Minimum 4 years' experience as an automation tester. Hands-on experience with Rest Assured, Cucumber, API automation, Postman, Jenkins, Java, and API testing. Familiarity with cloud deployments and configuration (AWS). Ability to validate fixes using OTEL/Grafana or ELK/Loki. Strong understanding of ITIL framework.Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex software requirements. Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts. Nice-to-have: Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go), Unix familiarity, Selenium, Camunda, Kafka. Not a perfect fit?
