Responsibilities

• Perform complex surgical procedures for the resection of malignant tumors across various anatomical sites.
  
• Collaborate closely with medical oncologists, radiation therapists, and pathologists to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for cancer patients.
  
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments to evaluate patient fitness for surgery and identify potential risks.
  
• Execute post-operative care protocols, monitoring recovery progress and managing complications effectively.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
  
• Participate in tumor board meetings to discuss case studies and review treatment efficacy.
  
• Stay current with the latest advancements in surgical oncology techniques and technologies to enhance patient care.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in surgical oncology or a related surgical specialty.
  
• Valid medical license and board certification in surgery with a specialization in oncology.
  
• Proven expertise in performing oncological resections and reconstructive procedures.
  
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
