Our clients span fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce — and we’re scaling our engineering team to deliver world-class UI/UX experiences at lightning speed. We value clean code, performance-first thinking, and engineers who ship reliably — not just quickly.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Svelte-based frontends — from component design to state management to build optimization.


• Own the Svelte tech stack: set up tooling (Vite, TS, Tailwind), enforce performance best practices, and drive adoption across the team.


• Collaborate closely with UX designers and backend engineers to translate pixel-perfect mocks into dynamic, responsive interfaces.


• Refactor legacy codebases into modular, testable Svelte components — improving load time, accessibility, and maintainability.


• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion frontend engineering excellence across projects.


• Integrate third-party APIs, analytics, and observability tools (Sentry, Google Tag Manager) into Svelte apps for real-time monitoring.
