What would you do? Accenture Operations is seeking a senior Product Owner to lead Agentic AI product delivery within the Technology for Operations practice. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for autonomous AI agent solutions across F&A, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Talent & HR — partnering with the Mobilization Architects Team, AI/ML engineers, and Accenture Operations clients to drive AI-led business transformation at scale.
What are we looking for? • 15+ years in consulting, BPO, or technology transformation; 3+ years in GenAI/agentic delivery.
• Deep F&A domain expertise, Supply Chain, Talent & HR — in Accenture Operations or GBS context.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflow design.
• Proven FDD authoring and requirements documentation for AI/agentic solutions in enterprise settings.
• Agile/Scrum proficiency; experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional communication — can articulate GenAI/agentic concepts to business and technical audiences including C-suite.
• Bachelor s/Master s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience with Accenture Operations platforms: myWizard AiOps, SynOps, or Accenture AI Platform.
• ERP integration experience — SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion with AI/agentic automation layers.
• Exposure to responsible AI frameworks and compliance considerations for AI in financial services or BPO.
• Certifications in AI/ML product management or cloud AI platforms (Azure, GCP).
Roles and Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Backlog Ownership
• Own end-to-end product roadmap for Agentic AI solutions across Accenture Operations offerings.
• Maintain outcome-driven backlog; author FDDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for GenAI/agentic features.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Translate complex AI capabilities — RAG, LLMs, tool use, multi-agent orchestration — into client-ready solutions.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Act as SME and trusted advisor to Accenture Operations clients on GenAI strategy and agentic automation.
• Lead client workshops for requirements elicitation, process discovery, and GenAI opportunity identification.
• Present agentic AI demos and facilitate sponsor/Product Owner review of solution scenarios.
• Support pre-sales pursuits and collaborate with Accenture Technology & Operations leadership.
GenAI & Agentic AI Solution Delivery
• Define agent personas, tool-use boundaries, memory strategies, and orchestration logic for Operations workflows.
• Lead As-Is process analysis and To-Be design leveraging GenAI and agentic automation across F&A, Procurement & THR
• Guide configuration of GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Define evals, embed responsible AI guardrails, and review UAT/test conditions for all agentic features.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead and mentor Functional Architects and Business Analysts across locations.
• Deliver training and enablement on GenAI/agentic features for end users and UAT participants.
• Champion AI capability development and support change management for agentic solution rollouts.
• Manage change requests and tool version upgrades for AI/agentic functionalities across engagements.
