What would you do? • Experienced Business Analyst with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Accounting, Financial Services domain knowledge.
• Understand and document business goals and desired processes for To-Be functionality.
• Understand existing application functionality, including business process context and business goals.
• Drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions in business processes.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and AI/ML engineering teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead or support the design, configuration, and testing of AI agents and GenAI platforms for business use cases.
• Create user scenario documents, facilitate sponsor/Product Owner review and approval of new Product implementation/enhancement.
What are we looking for? • Support development and test team in understanding requirements, scenarios and ‘Done Criteria.’
• Review Test Conditions to ensure alignment with scenarios and business requirements.
• Assist with product demonstrations to Product owner and stakeholders (especially configuring scenarios to demo)
• Maintain functional documentation of the application, updating as new features and functions.
• Assist wherever feasible to help ensure smooth progress in developing an optimal solution for stakeholder needs, by facilitating communication and shared.
Experience - (Preferred years of experience/skill proficiency) - 5-7 years’ experience in consulting, business operations, or industry specific process and technology transformation programs
Educational Requirements - Bachelor’s/master’s degree
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI concepts.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Copilot, ServiceNow AI modules).
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows and solutions.
• Clients facing experience with a level of confidence.
• Experience in Insurance, Finance industry
• Experience in documenting end user requirements, developing product roadmaps, and managing teams
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Act as an SME/Business Consultant for the AI enabled Cloud based assets.
• Conduct requirements gathering with a focus on identifying opportunities for GenAI/Agentic AI automation.
• Prepare and review functional design documents that include AI-driven features, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Prepare and distribute effective documentation for end users which gave accurate procedural information to them.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure business requirements are met by AI models and agents.
• Lead or participate in POCs and pilots for GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Organize and deliver training sessions on GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities for end users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and data governance in all AI-related initiatives.
• Continuously monitor AI solution performance and recommend improvements based on business outcomes.
