You will have the opportunity to work across various roles from development to architecture and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, implement, and deliver solutions that are intuitive, user-centric, and accessible to everyone at Visa.

The Cyber Analytics and AI Innovation team is revolutionizing the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence by developing cutting-edge capabilities and tools that empower employees at Visa to develop secure applications with higher productivity. We are a dynamic and innovative team, driven by a passion for AI/ML technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional platforms and services to our business partners internally at Visa.

We are at the forefront of innovation, developing a suite of cutting-edge, Secure Enterprise AI Applications that are set to redefine the landscape of Gen AI.

Essential Functions:

• Build and enhance core platform components such as model hosting services, data pipelines, feature management tools, and ML workflow infrastructure.
• Develop scalable and reliable APIs, SDKs, and services that support AI/ML development and deployment across the enterprise.
• Implement platform governance and observability features, including model metadata, monitoring, logging, and automated lifecycle workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver platform capabilities that meet enterprise requirements.
• Contribute to platform best practices and standardization, improving developer experience, automation, and operational efficiency.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.



Preferred Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST, JSON and Figma.

Hands-on experience with design and development tools like IntelliJ, VSCode, Figma, Postman, and Jupyter.

Basic understanding of Generative AI, AI, ML, NLP, and LLMs.

Basic understanding of optimizing web performance (minification, lazy loading, etc.).

Proficiency in using browser developer tools for debugging and testing.

Basic understanding of user experiences principles and best practices.

Ability to quickly spin up wireframes and mockups.

Experience with cross-browsers and multi devices compatibility.

Hands-on with Git for version control.

Proficient with AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, cursor.ai, etc.

Familiarity with standard software development best practices.

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.
