Sw - Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop program objectives, timelines, and roadmaps to ensure cohesive execution across all projects.
  
• Coordinate program schedules and meetings across all project participants.
  
• Break down projects into well -defined stages with clear milestones and deliverables.
  
• Proactively identify potential risks and delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  
• Monitor resource utilisation, skill gaps, and support requirements — especially during critical phases — to maintain efficiency and avoid bottlenecks.

• Expert -level proficiency in MS Office — particularly Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory).
  

Problem -Solving

• Ability to define structured processes for resolving complex operational and technical challenges.
  

Good to Have

• Proven track record in customer relationship management.
  
• Experience with cross -group collaboration in large, matrixed organisations.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and JIRA.
