Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Adobe Campaign Senior Developer to join our team at Swiftwin Technologies. In this role, you will lead development projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality solutions using Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Target, and Journey Optimizer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of Adobe Campaign solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-performance solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with coding standards.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored Adobe solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Adobe platforms.
• Keep up-to-date with new features, tools, and best practices in Adobe products.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Journey Optimizer.
• Strong expertise in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior developers and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Background in marketing or customer experience management is a plus.
