This position will be responsible for sales & business development of Luxury residential market
segment by primarily engaging with System Integrators, Partners & specifiers (Architects, Interior
decorators & Lighting designers) to create demand for Havells Crabtree Automation & Wireless
Smart Switching Solutions. Primary focus of this position shall be to influence & Onboard new
System Integrators & Influencers & grow business wallet share with existing ones in the assigned
region. Role shall also need a good understanding of managing channel partners.
Responsibilities
Responsible for assigned product sales targets. Drive the entire sales cycle from Sales lead
generation to order closure & execution.
Identify and develop new System Integrators & specifiers while continuing to train and grow
the existing accounts to enhance Havells Crabtree influence on the mind & wallet share to
become the preferred brand for all their smart Switching and automation product needs.
Build and execute SI & Specifier wise business development & account plan & drive the
adoption of specific product lines across Automation & Controls & Wireless solutions.
Educate & train the Sis & Specifiers and their respective teams. Conduct live demonstrations
for customers on Havells Crabtree latest innovations & technology solutions to drive the
sales of the assigned product lines.
Proactively collaborate with the Trade, Project, Enterprise Business & Business Development
teams to identify and support local strategic sales opportunities
Work closely with internal team members to produce timely BOQs & Proposals to support
customer requirements
Work closely with the HO marketing team to execute local marketing plans, participation in
events & meets, to increase brand visibility and awareness
Provide and maintain the highest level of service to customers to ensure seamless project
execution and pre & post sales support to the customer.
Build high level of technical knowledge across Havells Crabtree Automation & Switching
solutions
Engineering degree in any stream, MBA in Sales & Marketing will be considered as an added
advantage or equivalent combination of education & experience
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in Project sales / Consultative Solution sales, channel
management
Preferably have previous experience in selling home automation / KNX / BMS solutions/
Security solutions/ High end AV solutions
Should have previous experience & skills in customer-facing Presentations & product
demonstrations.
