Syndigo PIM Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Syndigo PIM Consultant to design, implement, and support Product Information Management (PIM) and product content syndication solutions using the Syndigo platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Syndigo PIM, API integrations, data transformation, master data management, and enterprise system integrations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable product data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain the Syndigo PIM and Content Syndication platform.


• Design and implement product data syndication workflows across multiple sales and e-commerce channels.


• Manage product taxonomy, categories, attributes, classifications, and data governance.


• Develop and maintain integrations between Syndigo and enterprise systems such as ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.


• Build and support REST API integrations and data transformation processes using JSON, XML, and CSV.


• Develop ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar integration tools.


• Validate product content, digital assets, and images before publication.


• Support supplier onboarding, product synchronization, and content enrichment.


• Troubleshoot integration, workflow, and platform-related issues.


• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support post-production activities.


• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and external vendors.


• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Grooming sessions, and Retrospectives.


• Drive technical discussions during requirement gathering and solution design.


• Own assigned user stories and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT experience with strong experience in Syndigo PIM / Content Syndication Platform


• Strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts


• Experience with REST API development and integrations


• Hands-on experience in JSON, XML, CSV, and data transformation


• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar ETL/integration tools


• Strong SQL and database management skills


• Python or scripting experience for automation


• Knowledge of Product Taxonomy, Product Hierarchy, and Master Data Management (MDM)


• Experience working with Azure DevOps


• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good-to-Have Skills

• Retail & E-commerce domain experience


• Analytics and Reporting experience


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Experience working with cross-functional global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Syndigo with ERP, DAM, PIM, and e-commerce platforms.


• Knowledge of product data governance and content lifecycle management.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
