Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement compliance policies and configuration profiles in Intune across Windows, Mac devices.
• Manage and deploy applications to remote devices.
• Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune, endpoint security, operating systems, software, development tools, and network problems.
• Perform Intune enrollment for devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and conditional access policies in Intune, across devices and cloud applications.
• Collaborate with SysAdmin, ITOps, and Information Security teams to define plans, standards, and security measures for device management, including patch management, antivirus, and firewall configurations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud management and solution deployment.
• Manage asset management for all IT hardware and software.
• Ensure security and data integrity through regular backups and antivirus management.
• Apply security patches and perform updates to maintain system integrity.
• Maintain documentation related to Intune administration and IT systems, contributing to a shared Knowledge Base.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for IT services and procurement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience as an Intune and Windows Administrator or a similar role.

3. Knowledge of device administration in other platforms like Linux, MacOS and Android.

4. Strong knowledge of Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and other related technologies.

5. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and cloud-based infrastructure.

6. Familiarity with MDM, MEM and other endpoint management tools.

7. Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.

8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

10. Strong organizational and time management skills.

11. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

12. Relevant certifications such as Endpoint Administrator and Windows Administrator or equivalent are a plus.
