System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide desktop and system support to users.
   

2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system -related issues.
   

3. Handle firewall, broadband, and basic network support.
   

4. Resolve technical errors and day -to -day IT support issues.
   

5. Support branch -level IT requirements and system maintenance.
   

6. Travel to different branches monthly for technical support and issue resolution.
   

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
   

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT/System Support role.
   

2. Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science or related qualification.
   

3. Good knowledge of desktop support, troubleshooting, networking, firewall, and broadband support.
   

4. Ability to identify and resolve system errors quickly.
   

5. Willingness to travel to different branches when required.
   

6. Good communication and problem -solving skills.
