Job Role = CRM Developer (Sales)

Location = Pune, India

Pune, India | Financial Services / Payments

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions independently across complex CRM landscapes


2. Lead development across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Revenue platforms including CPQ / Revenue Cloud.


3. Implement advanced automations (FLOW, etc), custom development (Apex, LWC), integrations, and reporting


4. Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, environment strategy, and release management


5. Understand of the data governance and other initiatives across Salesforce orgs and legacy systems


6. Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and data governance standards in a financial services context.


7. Help usher use of LLM lead development and other AI tooling

Required Experience & Skills

1. 5–8 years of hands on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise across Core Clouds and Revenue Cloud ecosystems


2. Strong, proven hands on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio


3. Hands on experience with: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud (mandatory)


4. Strong command of Salesforce data models, security architecture, performance tuning, and large data volume best practices


5. Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git based version control, and automated release management


6. Prior exposure to financial services, fintech, or payment processing environment
