System Engineer( Windows Server and Service)

Experience 3 to 5 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).

Support and administer Service Cloud (Salesforce) configuration and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.

Perform regular system updates, patching, and backups.

Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Collaborate with IT and business teams for system improvements and deployments.

Document system processes and configurations.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Windows Server administration.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, etc.).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience with system monitoring tools and scripting is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, Salesforce Admin) are an advantage.
