Systems Engineer(C#.net, Java)

Responsibilities:

Application Deployment:

• Deploy client-facing applications across various environments (development, staging, production).


• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications post-deployment.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide technical support for client-facing applications, addressing and resolving issues promptly.


• Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates and patches.


• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.


• Work with Client to get the UAT done.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application deployment and support processes.


• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common issues.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in deploying and supporting client-facing applications.


• Familiarity with Azur Platform

Technical Skills:

• 3-4 years for systems Engineer


• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript


• Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).


• Must be willing to work from Office


• Must be willing to work in shifts

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with querying Microsoft SQL database and understanding of relational Database


• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and HL7 standard


• Knowledge of security best practices for application deployment.
