The role supports enterprise implementations, transitions, and steady-state operations, while contributing to solution improvements and mentoring junior staff.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMDM / UEM Engineering \u0026 Operations\n\n\u2022 Design, implement, and support enterprise MDM/UEM platforms including Microsoft Intune/ Ivanti / Manage Engine and VMware Workspace ONE.\n\n\u2022 Manage large-scale device estates across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.\n\n\u2022 Provide expert support for MEM, MAM, MCM, compliance policies, and conditional access.\n\n\u2022 Support MDM migrations and onboarding activities under defined architectures.\n\n\u2022 Act as L3 escalation for complex device and policy-related issues.\n\n\u2022 Implement security baselines and compliance policies as defined.\n\nTransition, Consulting \u0026 Delivery\n\n\u2022 Support service transitions and customer onboarding activities.\n\n\u2022 Provide technical inputs for assessments, proposals, and solution documentation.\n\n\u2022 Execute endpoint and MDM implementations aligned to defined standards.\n\nOperations \u0026 Service Excellence\n\n\u2022 Ensure SLA adherence, service reporting, and operational governance.\n\n\u2022 Support 24x7 MDM operations and critical incident management.\n\n\u2022 Drive continuous improvement through automation, reporting, and preventive actions.\n\nPeople \u0026 Stakeholder Management\n\n\u2022 Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support knowledge sharing.\n\n\u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.\n\n\u2022 Maintain high standards of documentation and customer communication.\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
