If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist - EPM \u0026 Endpoint to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nJob Description\n\nJob Title\n\nSystems Engineering Specialist \u2013 MDM \u0026 Endpoint (Grade 8)\n\nExperience\n\n7\u201310 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management services.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThis role provides advanced operational support and implementation capability for MDM and Endpoint environments, with responsibility for L2/L3 support and project execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMDM \u0026 Endpoint Management\n\n\u2022 Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools.\n\n\u2022 Manage and support devices across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.\n\n\u2022 Support MEM, MAM, MCM policies, device enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.\n\nOperations \u0026 Support\n\n\u2022 Provide L1/L2/L3 support based on role scope for endpoint and mobility services.\n\n\u2022 Troubleshoot device, application, and policy-related issues.\n\n\u2022 Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.\n\nImplementation \u0026 Projects\n\n\u2022 Support endpoint deployments, upgrades, and onboarding activities.\n\n\u2022 Execute tasks related to Windows 10/11 upgrades, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management.\n\n\u2022 Assist with automation, documentation, and reporting activities.\n\nCollaboration \u0026 Documentation\n\n\u2022 Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams.\n\n\u2022 Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\n\n\u2022 Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n\u2022 Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager / Manage Engine / Ivanti\n\n\u2022 Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS\n\n\u2022 Basic PowerShell scripting\n\n\u2022 Understanding of ITIL processes\n\n\u2022 Strong communication skills\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
