Systems Integration Advisor

ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. Customization & Scripting: Write, test, and deploy scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages. Module Expertise: Work on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as required. Integration & Automation: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID servers. Performance Optimization: Improve application performance and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues. Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies and ITIL best practices. Mentorship: Guide junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Platform Upgrades: Assist with ServiceNow version upgrades and testing new features. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and administration. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Script Includes, and Business Rules. Experience with UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework). Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies. Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
