Systems Integration Senior Analyst- DEX

In these roles you will be responsible for: > Monitoring platform > Managing and Improving Platform Security > Debug and resolve reported issues within the SLA > Involve in Hardening, Patching, Migration, Vigilant on Scalability & Reliability 3-5 years' experience in managing platforms like UNIX and Windows Server 2016, 2019 etc. Minimum 1 year's exposure to Cloud platforms and technologies. Concepts on SaaS, PaaS etc. 2-3 years of experience in ITIL fundamentals. Knowledge in Change Management, Ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy etc. Core understanding on Windows 10, Windows 11, Macintosh, Linux etc. Ability to communicate both orally and written to customers and vendors. Knowledge in PowerShell or any Coding Language 1-2 years' experience on Endpoint automation tools like Nexthink, 1E, Systrack, Atternity etc. BE, B.Tech., M.C.A. or equivalent degree with added certification is a plus point.
