Systems Integration Senior Specialist

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow modules. Identify, document, and track defects in a defect management tool. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery. Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, business rules, and integrations. Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or ServiceNow ATF Ensure compliance with ITIL and industry best practices. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide feedback on system improvements. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, VR, SIR, etc.). Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework). Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP, REST). Understanding of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for automation. Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing of ServiceNow applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment ServiceNow CSA or CAD Knowledge of ITIL processes.
