Systems Integration Senior Specialist

Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating the adoption of SAFe practices. Educate teams on various Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, and SAFe. Ensure that the agreed-upon Agile process is followed, promoting continuous improvement and high-performing team dynamics. Facilitate team and program-level events, such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. Collaborate with Product Management, Portfolio Management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective program execution. Support the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate with Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers. Experience in scaling Agile practices in large, complex environments. Knowledge of Lean principles and practices. Experience with other Agile frameworks and methodologies. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of value. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within and across teams. Support the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate with Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
