Configuration and management of VMware virualization Active Directory management SCCM Package deployment & troubleshooting - Deploy, configure and troubleshoot virtual machines - Analyzing and troubleshooting system performance issues/bottlenecks - Adherence to ITIL Processes including change, incident and problem management - Working alone or as part of a distributed team with flexible schedule - Develop, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation Interpersonal Skills - Should have good communication skills. - Should have the eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Troubleshoot performance issues on servers.
