Systems Integration Specialist Advisor

As a member of the Security Technology Operations (STO) team at Zurich Insurance, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary security team. Specifically working with a security toolkit in a global organisation, your responsibilities will largely be focused in the areas of Antivirus/Malware and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM). We use industry leading software including Crowdstrike and TPP (Venafi). Day to day you will be acting as the consultant for Crowdstrike, Venafi and Symantec Protection Engine (SPE). You will be managing a team of Lv1 and 2 analysts. You will report into the Data Loss Prevention and Endpoint Management product lead located in EMEA, the NA and EMEA STO Regional Leads and the Global Head of STO. Quality assurance of incidents, service requests and change requests Attainment of SLAs, KPIs and associated reporting Ensure system/application alerts are acknowledged and actioned Appropriate escalation to STO management and leadership Oversight of all activities of the team across incidents, service requests and change requests Manage high-priority incidents and requests related to the toolset Ensure strict compliance with audit controls and evidence requirements Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex incidents and provide expert support to L1 and L2 team members Assist the product lead on major incident management calls to provide support on active incidents coordinating the larger team Mentor and share advanced knowledge with L1 and L2 analysts Identify automation and optimization opportunities Oversight of all activities of the team across incidents, service requests and change requests Manage high-priority incidents and requests related to the toolset Ensure strict compliance with audit controls and evidence requirements Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex incidents and provide expert support to L1 and L2 team members Assist the product lead on major incident management calls to provide support on active incidents coordinating the larger team Mentor and share advanced knowledge with L1 and L2 analysts Identify automation and optimization opportunities Excellent prior experience and understanding of Antivirus/Malware and CLM terminology and processes Reporting using PowerBi, PowerPoint and Excel Scription using PowerShell and Batch files Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5-7 and 7-10 years of experience in a security operations role 2+ years of management / team leader experience. Expert troubleshooting capabilities Excellent prior experience and understanding of Antivirus/Malware and CLM terminology and processes Reporting using PowerBi, PowerPoint and Excel Scription using PowerShell and Batch files Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5-7 and 7-10 years of experience in a security operations role 2+ years of management / team leader experience.
