T24 Application Developer

Requirements:

• 15+ years of development experience in T24 platforms with proven leadership as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
• Strong expertise in T24 R23+, TAFJ R23+, and Infobasic coding with experience in multi-company and multi-app server environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of Private Banking modules along with experience in Securities, Cash & Deposits, Credit Products, Derivatives, and Payments.
• Proven track record in implementing SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, and STP processes.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Design Studio, source code repositories, SQL Developer, job schedulers, and cloud-based T24 development.
• Experience with Temenos Unit Test Framework, COB, Services framework, and Integration & Streaming solutions.
• Familiarity with Oracle DB concepts, SQL query design, indexes, and Linux shell scripting.
• Knowledge of deployment architecture, T24 performance optimization, and data archiving practices.
• Exposure to T24 upgrade and migration projects with best practices in execution.
• Excellent personal organisation with ability to prioritise, multitask, influence stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and delivery on T24 and TAFJ R23 or higher in a multi-company, multi-application server set-up.
• Perform analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex and custom-built solutions with focus on scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Change Engineers, and Project Managers to drive IT delivery in a SAFE Agile environment.
• Work hands-on with Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, Temenos Unit Test Framework, JIRA, and job schedulers (AWA).
• Build and optimize interfaces using Integration Framework, Outbox Event Streaming, and Interaction Framework (IRIS), MQ, and JBOSS.
• Ensure stability of production environments by investigating and resolving RTB issues, remaining effective during crisis situations.
• Apply deep knowledge of T24 COB and Services framework to deliver high-performing solutions.
• Maintain strong functional understanding of Private Banking, Finance, and related T24 modules such as Securities, Payments (TPH), Corporate Actions, Credit Products, Derivatives, and Fees & Tax.
• Work with monitoring and logging tools including Tivoli, Dynatrace, and Splunk to ensure system health and performance.
• Contribute to deployment architecture design and support infrastructure awareness.
• Support T24 upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiative.
