Job Summary 

Concord is looking for a highly skilled Senior Talend Developer with 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in Talend. The ideal candidate will be an independent contributor capable of designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes. Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL is essential, and exposure to Databricks will be an added advantage. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend 

• Work as an independent contributor on data integration and transformation projects 

• Develop complex SQL and PLSQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting 

• Optimize existing ETL jobs for performance and scalability 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders 

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently 

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems 

• Document technical designs, processes, and workflows 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 5–7+ years of experience working with Talend (Talend Open Studio / Talend Data Integration) 

• Strong expertise in SQL and PLSQL 

• Proven experience in ETL development and data warehousing concepts 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Good communication and collaboration skills 

Good to Have 

• Experience with Databricks 

• Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms 

• Familiarity with data pipelines and modern data architecture
