Job Description - Talent Acquisition

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 1 years

Location: pune

JobType: full-time

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from identifying workforce needs to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate closely with HR, operations, and department heads to understand talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless recruitment for both immediate and future workforce demands. Additionally, you will support HR operations by maintaining accurate records, managing employee data, and assisting with compliance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar and other roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and on-ground networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR databases with accurate candidate and hiring information.
  • Assist in HR operational tasks, including maintaining employee records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to blue-collar hiring and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying and attracting talent.
  • Comfortable using HR software, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Committed to delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
