Talent Acquisition

·       Proven work experience in HR Recruitment or similar role

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Experience with sourcing techniques (Portals, Campus
Recruitment)

·       Understanding of referral programs & designing the
best for the company

·       Source potential candidates from various online
portals(e.g. Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed etc ) & HR consultants

·       Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

·       Screen incoming resumes and application forms

·       Screening candidate for face-2-face interview &
conduct Aptitude Test

·       Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring
managers

·       Monitor key HR sheets, including time-to-fill,
time-to-hire and source of hire

·       Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board

·       Carry out HR joining formalities & documentation

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.

·       Proven work
experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

·       Familiarity
with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

·       Hands-on
experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).

·       Strong
understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.

·       Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.

·       Ability to
manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·       Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
with hiring managers.
