About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team as a Management Trainee. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across industries such as FMCG, BFSI, manufacturing, retail, logistics, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about people, process, and building careers.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to understand role expectations and talent needs.
Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability based on role criteria.
Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate records of candidate data, interactions, and hiring status.
Assist in managing the offer process, follow-ups, and pre-joining engagement.
Deliver timely updates to hiring teams and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
Meet and exceed weekly KPIs on sourcing, interviews scheduled, and closures.
What You Bring:
6 to 18 months of experience in Non-IT recruitment, ideally across multiple sectors.
Hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri and professional networks like LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices in candidate engagement.
Strong communication skills with a professional approach to client and candidate interactions.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Must own a personal laptop to carry out day-to-day recruitment activities.
